The Woori Yallock FNC – 300 Club Inaugural Golf Tournament at Heritage Golf & Country Club was a Swinging Success!
The Woori Yallock Football Netball Club – 300 Club held its 1st Annual Golf Tournament on Friday, March 20 at the beautiful Heritage Golf Course.
The morning started out with breakfast, then a putting competition which was won by Geoff Tripovich. The weather was cool at first but the sun soon came out and all of the 76 golfers enjoyed a picture perfect day of golf! Professional Golfer Luke Bower for a price hit balls for players on the 15th and I am sure many were happy for him to hit the ball for them.
The event included drinks that were constantly delivered to all golfers while out on the course. There was Prizefighter apple cider sampling and Tokar Estate wine tastings. After a great day out on the green, the golfers gathered for a buffet lunch upstairs at the Heritage Golf & Country Club Restaurant where several prizes were awarded to various golfers for their great team and individual golfing abilities! The afternoon continued with lively acknowledgment of drawing prizes, generously donated by various businesses.
DONORS: Additional thanks to, Jason Daily from the house of Golf who donated the Golf Bag Luke Bower (Professional golfer) who donated his time to hit balls for players on the 15th to help get them closer to the hole.
